Due to a recent comment I’ve decided to update this page.
This is my personal blog. Here is where I share my opinions and thoughts on tabletop RPGs and life in general. My goal with this site is to express myself, but here are a few things that many blogs seek to acquire that I do not care about:
- Gaining lots of followers and loyal readers. Sure I want lots of people to love what I write here, but that is not my reason for writing it.
- Protecting your feelings. I am sure that you are a great person, but if we disagree there is a lot of potential for us to piss each other off. Do the right thing and just avoid this site if we turn out to be like oil and water. Not everyone is meant to be friends, and not all friendships can tolerate disagreements on certain issues.
- Being passive. This ties in with the point above. I am an aggressive individual when it comes to debates and discussions. If put something on this site I adamantly believe in it. I might be wrong. You might convince me that I am wrong, but be ready for a conflict as I attempt to convince you that you are wrong.
The truth is that I do not take this blog very seriously in terms of how it is seen from the public’s perspective. I do care about this blog as a tool through which I develop as an individual. If you want to swim in these waters be aware that sometimes I am the friendly dolphin and at other times I am the frenzied shark. If you do not want to deal with that I understand. The Internet has room for the both of us. How close we stand to each other is up to you.
